全面腹部超声检测在急腹症临床诊断中的应用价值研究

Application Value of Comprehensive Abdominal Ultrasound in Clinical Diagnosis of Acute Abdomen

目的分析和研究腹部超声检测在急腹症临床诊断中的应用价值。方法选取该院于2015年2月—2018年5月实施救治的70例急腹症患者做相关分析,以随机原则将其划定为观察组与对照组(各为35例),对照组予以既往的选择性腹部超声检测,观察组予以全面腹部超声检测,仔细观察该两组的实际诊断符合率,同时认真观察诊断具体时间、以及检测具体时间。结果观察组的诊断符合率达到97.14%,明显高于对照组(82.86%);该两组的诊断符合率对比有着明显差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),对照组用到的平均检测时间是(10.89±3.57)min,明显短于观察组(15.17±6.04)min;观察组用到的平均诊断时间是(1.59±0.98)h,明显优于对照组(2.98±1.56)h;该两组的上述指标对比差异有统计学意义(t=6.114、5.917,P<0.05)。结论全面腹部超声检测在现实中的应用价值要明显高于既往所用的选择性超声检测,尤其对急腹症诊断而言,如果能够选择全面腹部超声检测,不但能减少诊断的用时,而且还能得到理想的诊断符合率,这样既能更有效的避免误诊、及漏诊现象,利于患者得到更为及时正确的救治。

Objective To analyze and study the application value of abdominal ultrasound in the clinical diagnosis of acute abdomen.Methods Seventy patients with acute abdomen who underwent treatment from February 2015 to May 2018 were selected.They were assigned to the observation group and the control group randomly,with 35 cases in each group.The control group received a previous selective abdominal ultrasound test,and the observation group received a comprehensive abdominal ultrasound test.The actual diagnosis coincidence rate,specific time of diagnosis and the specific time of detection of the two groups were carefully observed.Results The diagnostic coincidence rate of the observation group was 97.14%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(82.86%).There was a statistically significant difference in the diagnostic coincidence rate between the two groups(P<0.05).The average detection time of the control group was(10.89±3.57)min,which was significantly shorter than that of the observation group(15.17±6.04)min.The average diagnosis time in the observation group was(1.59±0.98)h,which was significantly better than that in the control group(2.98±1.56)h.There was a statistically significant difference between the two groups(t=6.114,5.917,P<0.05).Conclusion The application value of comprehensive abdominal ultrasound examination in reality is significantly higher than that of previous selective ultrasound detection,especially for the diagnosis of acute abdomen.The comprehensive abdominal ultrasound examination can not only reduce the time of diagnosis,but also obtain the ideal diagnostic coincidence rate,which can avoid misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis,and help patients get more timely and correct treatment.
