营养综合护理干预在改善妊娠期糖尿病患者母婴结局中的作用研究

Nutritional Comprehensive Nursing Intervention in Improving Maternal and Infant Outcomes of Patients with Gestational Diabetes Mellitus

目的研究营养综合护理干预在改善妊娠期糖尿病患者母婴结局中的作用。方法选取该院妊娠期糖尿病患者100例,选取时间为2017年9月—2018年9月,通过“简单随机”分组的方式将研究对象分为两组,50例/组,对照组选择常规护理,观察组选择常规护理结合营养综合护理干预,比较母婴并发症发生率、血糖控制情况指标。结果观察组妊娠期糖尿病患者空腹血糖(5.3±0.5)mmol/L,餐后2 h血糖(7.2±0.8)mmol/L,与对照组数据之间进行比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生几率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=7.527,P<0.05)。观察组围产儿低血糖并发症发生几率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=8.274,P<0.05)。结论营养综合护理干预在妊娠糖尿病患者中具有显著干预效果,可在一定程度上改善患者血糖控制情况,降低并发症发生几率,安全有效,可应用推广。

Objective To study the role of nutritional comprehensive nursing intervention in improving maternal and fetal outcomes in patients with gestational diabetes.Methods One hundred patients with gestational diabetes mellitus in our hospital were enrolled.The time was from September 2017 to September 2018.The subjects were divided into 2 groups,with 50 patients in each group.The control group received routine nursing.While the observation group received routine nursing combined with nutritional comprehensive nursing intervention.The incidence of maternal and child complications and blood glucose control was compared.Results In the observation group,fasting blood glucose was(5.3±0.5)mmol/L in gestational diabetes patients and blood glucose two hours after meal was(7.2±0.8)mmol/L.Compared with the control group,there was significant difference(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(χ^2=7.527,P<0.05).And the difference was statistically significant.The incidence of hypoglycemia complications in the perinatal infants of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=8.274,P<0.05).Conclusion Nutritional comprehensive nursing intervention has significant intervention effect on gestational diabetes patients,which can improve the patient's blood glucose control to a certain extent,reduce the incidence of complications.It is safe and effective,and can be applied and promoted.
