腰部肌力训练对腰椎间盘突出症患者康复治疗效果的影响观察

Effect of lumbar muscle strength training on rehabilitation treatment in patients with lumbar disc herniation

目的:针对腰部肌力训练对腰椎间盘突出症患者康复治疗效果的影响进行探究。方法:抽取2016年6月至2018年10月在本院进行诊治的72例腰椎间盘突出症患者,随机分为对照组(常规康复治疗)及观察组(腰部肌力训练),每组36例,比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗后的JOA、ODI、VAS各个指标评分情况,均较治疗干预前有所改善,且显著优于对照组,差异明显,(P<0.05);观察组临床总有效率为94.44%,明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:针对腰椎间盘突出症患者,采用腰部肌力训练的康复治疗应用效果显著。

Objective:To explore the effect of lumbar muscle strength training on rehabilitation treatment of lumbar disc herniation.Methods:Seventy-two patients with lumbar disc herniation who were treated in our hospital from June 2016 to October 1818 were randomly divided into the control group(conventional rehabilitation)and the observation group(waist strength training).For example,compare the effects of the two groups.Results:The scores of JOA,ODI and VAS in the observation group were improved compared with those before treatment,and were significantly better than the control group,the difference was significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 94.44%was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:For the patients with lumbar disc herniation,the rehabilitation therapy with lumbar muscle strength training is effective and worth popularizing.
