预防性护理在高龄患者中的应用效果

摘要 目的探讨预防性护理在高龄患者中的应用效果。方法选取2015年6月至2018年6月治疗的60例高龄患者,按照就诊顺序分为观察组与对照组,每组30例。对照组采取常规护理,观察组采取预防性护理。比较两组医疗器械相关性压力性损伤发生率及护理满意度。结果观察组医疗器械相关性压力性损伤发生率为3.33%,低于对照组的20.00%(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度为96.67%,高于对照组的80.00%(P<0.05)。结论预防性护理应用于高龄患者,可降低医疗器械相关性压力性损伤发生率,提高患者满意度。
