摘要
通过设计8组不同配合比的高延性纤维混凝土,研究再生玻璃取代石英砂作为细骨料对其28 d抗折强度、抗压强度和延性的影响。试验表明:(1)采用再生玻璃取代石英砂作为细骨料对抗折强度的影响较小;(2)再生玻璃骨料有助于改善多重裂缝发展能力;(3)使用再生玻璃作为细骨料在三点弯试验中表现出更为明显的假应变硬化和高极限挠度值;(4)相比以石英砂为细骨料,再生玻璃使延性PVA纤维混凝土的抗压强度明显改善。
Specimens of 8 groups with different mix of engineered cementitious composite reinforced with PVA fiber were designed and the effects of replacing quartz sand with recycled glass as fine aggregate on 28 d flexural strength,compressive strength and ductility were studied.The test results indicate:(1)replacing quartz sand with recycled glass as fine aggregate has less influence on flexural strength;(2)recycled glass aggregates improve capacity of multiple crack propagation;(3)using recycled glass as fine aggregate exhibits more obvious characteristics of pseudo strain-hardening and higher ultimate deflection in three-point flexural fracture test;(4)recycled glass aggregate compared with quartz sand significantly improve compressive strength.
