化学激发固硫灰/矿渣地聚物的体积稳定性与强度 被引量:4

Chemical Activating Strength and Volume Stability of Geopolymer Based on Circulating Fluidized Bed Combustion Ash and Slag

摘要 试验以固硫灰、矿渣为前驱体,以碳酸盐为激发剂,制备了固硫灰/矿渣地聚物。研究了激发剂用量、固硫灰/矿渣复合比例对所制备地聚物的体积稳定性及强度的影响,并结合XRD、IR等微观测试手段分析了地聚物的体积变形及强度变化规律。研究结果表明:干燥环境下,化学激发固硫灰地聚物的体积变形表现为收缩;化学激发固硫灰地聚物的干燥收缩随激发剂掺量增加而降低;化学激发固硫灰地聚物的强度随激发剂掺量增加而增长;矿渣的复合对化学激发固硫灰的强度有增强效果;固硫灰-矿渣复合地聚物的强度随矿渣复合比例增加而增加;固硫灰-矿渣复合地聚物的干燥收缩随矿渣复合比例的增加而增加。 Experiment of geopolymer based on circulating fluidized bed combustion ash(CFBCA)and slag activated by carbonate.The influence of the content of carbonate and the composite ratio of CFBCA/slag on the volume stability and strength of the geopolymer were investigated.And the mechanical analyzed by XRD and FTIR.The results indicate that the volumetric deformation of chemically activated CFBCA geopolymer is drying shrinkage in a dry environment.The drying shrinkage of CFBCA geopolymer decrease with the increase of content of activator.The strength of the CFBCA geopolymer increase with the increase of content of activator.The addition of slag can improve the strength of CFBCA geopolymer.The strength and drying shrinkage of the CFBCA-Slag composite geopolymer increase with the increase of content of slag.
