摘要
能源管理体系是管理节能的典型代表,对促进结构节能与技术节能、帮助用能单位建立节能长效机制具有重要意义。本文分析了我国重点用能单位开展能源管理体系建设的现状,梳理了存在的问题和面临的障碍,在总结已有工作经验和方法的基础上,提出了进一步推广能源管理体系建设的路径。
Energy management system is a typical representative of energy-saving management.It is of great significance to promote structural energy saving and technical energy saving,and to help energy-using units establish long-term energy saving mechanism.This paper analyses the current situation of energy management system construction in key energy using units in China,sorts out the existing problems and obstacles,and puts forward the path to further promote the construction of energy management system on the basis of summing up the existing experience and methods.
