基于统计数据的中美城市级建筑能耗对比研究——以纽约和北京为例

Comparative Study of Building Energy Consumption of City-Level: Sino-US Case-Based

随着建筑能耗占社会总能耗的比重不断增加,降低城市建筑能源消耗已经成为解决国家能源问题的重点。本文构建了中美城市建筑能耗数据对比原则,选取北京市及纽约市为典型城市案例,利用2013—2015年间两城市建筑能耗统计数据,分析了两城市的建筑能耗总量、能源结构及能耗强度。并根据研究过程中发现的问题提出工作建议,为确定我国城市建筑节能工作的发展方向提供借鉴。

As the proportion of building energy consumption to total social energy consumption continues to increase,reducing urban building energy consumption has become the focus of solving national energy problems.Firstly,this paper constructs the comparison principle of energy consumption data between China and the United States,selecting Beijing and New York City as typical urban cases.Then it analyzes the total energy consumption,energy structure and energy intensity in the two cities by using the statistical data of building energy consumption from 2013 to 2015.Finally,according to the problems found in the process of researching,suggestions are put forward to provide reference for determining the development direction of urban building energy conservation work in China.
