摘要
目的观察天麻素注射液对神经介入血管内操作后患者血清一氧化氮(NO)、内皮素-1(ET-1)水平的影响。方法选择本院行神经介入血管内治疗的患者40例,随机分为观察组和对照组。对照组给予常规治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上给予天麻素注射液600mg·d^-1静脉滴注治疗,分别于术后第1天、第3天、第7天采用放射免疫及硝酸还原酶比色法测定血管内NO、ET-1的浓度。结果神经介入血管内操作术后,两组NO浓度升高、ET-1浓度降低,呈动态改变(P<0.05),两组间比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论天麻素注射液可显著升高神经介入血管内操作后患者血清NO浓度水平,降低ET-1浓度,对血管内皮具有保护作用,可降低血管内操作后血管痉挛的发生。
Objective To observe the effects of gastrodin injection on serum nitric oxide(NO)and endothelin-1(ET-1)levels in patients after intravascular neurointervention.Methods 40 patients were selected to receive intravascular neurointervention treatment in our hospital,which were divided into observation group and control group randomly.The control group was treated with conventional treatment,and the observation group was treated with 600mg·d^-1 intravenous infusion of gastrodin injection and conventional treatment.The concentrations of NO and ET-1 in the blood vessels were measured by radioimmunoassay and nitric acid reductase colorimetry on the first day,the third day and the seventh day after the operation.Results After intravascular operation,NO concentration increased and ET-1 concentration decreased in the two groups,showing a dynamic change(P<0.05).Conclusions Gastrodin injection can increase the serum NO level and decrease the ET-1 concentration of patients after intravascular neurointervention significantly,which has a protective effect on vascular endothelium and can reduce the occurrence of vasospasm after intravascular operation.
