摘要 为了研究新型装配式钢-混凝土组合梁界面的力学性能,对采用不同厚度环氧砂浆作为钢与混凝土界面粘结材料的标准试件进行推出试验,得到试件的破坏模式与荷载-滑移曲线,分析了环氧砂浆层厚度对抗剪承载力的影响.引入弹簧单元对混凝土和胶结层界面粘结的力学行为进行模拟,建立了三维非线性有限元模型.基于模拟结果,得到了混凝土与胶结层剥离规律,研究结果表明:试件破坏均未发生在胶结层,数值模拟结果与推出试验结果基本吻合,环氧砂浆黏结层剥离过程是典型的脆性破坏. In order to study the mechanical properties at the interface of new prefabricated steel-concrete composite beams,the push-out tests were carried out on the standard specimens with different thickness of epoxy mortar as the bonding layer between steel and concrete.Failure modes and load-slip curves were achieved,and the influence of layer thickness on the shear bearing capacity was analyzed,too.The spring element was used to simulate the mechanical behavior of interface bonding between concrete and adhesive,and a three-dimensional nonlinear finite element model was proposed.Based on the simulation results,we obtained the peeling rules of concrete and adhesive.The results showed that specimen failure does not occur in the adhesive;the numerical simulation results are consistent with the experimental results and the peeling process of adhesive is a typical brittle fracture.
