摘要
根据中海石油化学股份有限公司化肥二期102J机组防喘振阀FV1015的运行工况,分析机组防喘振阀不能关闭的原因,给出优化的建议,对优化后机组运行进行风险评估,并总结出防喘振阀的节能效果。
According to the operating conditions of the anti-surge valve FV1015 of the 102J unit of China National Petroleum&Chemical Corporation,the analysis of the anti-surge valve of the unit can not be closed,give the optimization suggestions,optimize the risk assessment of the unit operation,and summarize Energy saving effect of anti-surge valve.
