硫转移剂在不完全再生催化裂化装置的应用

摘要 工业应用表明:原料油硫含量在0.37%左右,硫转移剂加注到系统总藏量3.91%时,再加入硫转移剂RSF09达到3.91w%藏量占比后,蓝烟、拖尾、下坠情况整体改善,经过实际检测,两台余锅出口SO2浓度分别由1 397mg/m^3和1 530mg/m^3下降到655mg/m^3和712mg/m^3,脱除率分别为53.1%和53.5;余锅出口SO3浓度分别由504mg/m^3和713mg/m^3下降到110mg/m^3和176mg/m^3,脱除率分别为78.2%和75.3%,总硫脱除率约61%。洗涤塔的碱耗降低50%以上。经综合经济效益核算,通过硫转移剂改善催化裂化装置有色烟羽问题不会增加装置运行成本。 Industrial application shows that when the sulfur content of raw oil is about 0.37%and the sulfur transfer agent is added to the total reserves of the system at 3.91%,after adding the sulfur transfer agent RSF09 to reach 3.91 w%,the situation of blue smoke,tailing and falling is improved as a whole.After actual testing,the SO2 concentration at the outlet of the two remaining pots decreases from 1397mg/m^3 and 1530mg/m^3 to 655mg/m^3 and 712mg/m^3 respectively,and the removal rate is 53.1%.The SO3 concentration at the outlet of the remaining pot decreased from 504mg/m^3 and 713mg/m^3 to 110mg/m^3 and 176mg/m^3,respectively,with removal rates of 78.2%and 75.3%and total sulfur removal rate of 61%.The alkali consumption of scrubbing tower is reduced by more than 50%.According to the comprehensive economic benefit calculation,the improvement of the non-ferrous plume in FCC unit by sulfur transfer agent will not increase the operation cost of the unit.
