摘要
以煤油-苯甲酸-水三相体系萃取为对象,以空气模拟有气体参与反应的辅助静态混合器代替机械搅拌。在萃取塔内装入不同组合形式的静态分布器,对煤油-苯甲酸-水三相体系的传质性能进行了研究,分析了传质系数、气含率、滞液率的影响因素。从实验结果可以看出,辅助搅拌气相流速的改变对传质性能有很大的影响,静态分布器的不同组合形式对传质性能也有一定的影响。
The kerosene-benzoic acid-water three-phase system was used as the object to extract the static mixer instead of mechanical agitation in the case of air simulation with gas participation.The mass transfer performance of the kerosene-benzoic acid-water three-phase system was studied by loading static mixers with different combinations in the extraction tower.The factors affecting the mass transfer coefficient,gas holdup rate and liquid retention rate were analyzed.It can be seen from the experimental results that the change of the gas flow rate of the auxiliary stirring has a great influence on the mass transfer performance,and the different combinations of the static distributor have a certain influence on the mass transfer performance.
