壳聚糖沉淀分离灵芝多糖的研究

摘要 研究高分子絮凝剂壳聚糖沉淀分离灵芝多糖及其与氢氧化钙复合使用分离灵芝多糖的工艺条件。结果表明:单组分壳聚糖不能沉淀分离灵芝水提液中的多糖,它与氢氧化钙复合使用,先在水提液中加入氢氧化钙,使灵芝多糖与氢氧化钙形成复合物,再加入壳聚糖水溶液,进一步架桥絮凝可应用于灵芝多糖的分离,沉淀分离的最佳温度为45℃。 The process conditions of separation of Ganoderma lucidum polysaccharides by polymer flocculant chitosan and separation of Ganoderma lucidum polysaccharides with calcium hydroxide were studied.The results showed that the one-component chitosan could not precipitate and separate the polysaccharide in the aqueous extract of Ganoderma lucidum.It was combined with calcium hydroxide.First,calcium hydroxide was added to the aqueous extract to form a complex with Ganoderma lucidum polysaccharide and calcium hydroxide.Further adding chitosan aqueous solution,further bridging flocculation can be applied to the separation of polysaccharides from Ganoderma lucidum.The optimum temperature for precipitation separation is 45℃.
