摘要
分析了纺丝级聚酯切片中端羧基的产生原因,探讨了纺丝级聚酯切片中端羧基含量的主要影响因素。通过调整酯化率、酯化釜操作条件、缩聚反应温度、产能来控制端羧基的含量,从而保证纺丝聚酯切片质量。
This paper analyzes the causes of carboxyl groups in spinning grade polyester chips,and discusses the main influencing factors of carboxyl groupsin spinning grade polyester chips.By adjusting the esterification rate,the operating conditions of the esterification kettle,the polycondensation reaction temperature,and the productivity,the content of the terminal carboxyl group is controlled to ensure the quality of the spun polyester.
