尿素包合法纯化紫苏油中α-亚麻酸工艺研究

Study on Purification of α-Linolenic Acid from Perilla Oil by Urea Inclusion Method

针对目前纯化紫苏油过程中尿素包合法运用存在的问题,分析了尿素包合法的实验测定情况,并提出了脂肪酸与尿素质量比对α-亚麻酸收率的影响,结果表明,只有在明确尿素包合法实验测定要求的情况下,才能保证α-亚麻酸工艺操作的质量效果。

In view of the problems existing in the application of urea encapsulation in the process of purifying perilla oil,the paper analyzes the experimental determination of urea encapsulation and proposes the effect of mass ratio of fatty acid to urea onα-linolenic acid and its yield.The results show that the quality effect of theα-linolenic acid process operation can only be guaranteed if the requirements of the urea baggage test are determined.
