摘要
电测工艺是整个钻井工程施工环节中重要的一环,也是比较薄弱的一个阶段。电测顺利与否直接反映所钻井眼井身质量如何。检验使用的钻井液体体系及性能参数是否合适。过往延长气田志丹、安塞等区块常规定向井在完钻电测施工过程中常常出现遇阻、遇卡的现象,影响了钻井施工进度。通过地质测井曲线、工程报告等分析了电测遇阻原因,并针对这些原因提出了该区块降低电测遇阻率的主要措施,包括加强电测前准备,优选井身轨道参数设计,加强地质探究,细化地质分层等。总的来说要降低电测遇阻率应从现场着手。
The electrical measurement process is an important part of the entire drilling engineering construction process,and it is also a relatively weak stage.The smoothness of the electrical test directly reflects the quality of the wellbore.Verify that the drilling fluid system and performance parameters used are appropriate.In the past,the conventional directional wells in the gas fields of Zhidan and Ansai have often experienced the phenomenon of encountering resistance and encountering cards during the completion of the drilling and electric survey construction,which has affected the progress of drilling construction.This paper analyzes the causes of electric resistance encounters through geological logging curves and engineering reports,and proposes the main measures to reduce the resistance rate of electric measurement in this block,including strengthening the preparation before electric measurement,and optimizing the design of well parameters.Strengthen geological exploration and refine geological stratification.In general,to reduce the resistance to electrical measurements should start from the scene.
