摘要
目的:先对乳粉中的矿物质元素和其稳定性进行分析和研究,并在之后得出相关的结果。方法:根据国际方法中的要求来检测多种矿物质,之后再对同一乳粉中的矿物质元素进行重复检测,以更好地确定产品本身的稳定性。结果:在实际操作的过程中,在同一个实验室内部对同一批乳粉中的矿物元素进行测定的结果较好。不同实验室内部矿物质元素检测的稳定性相对较差。结论:需要通过不断地提升实验室的检测水平来测定乳粉中的矿物质,从而让测定的过程变得更加稳定。这样才能够为企业提供可靠的检测数据,对后续的发展也有很重要的意义。
Objective:To analyze and study the mineral elements and their stability in milk powder,and then obtain relevant results.Method:A plurality of minerals are detected according to the requirements of the international method,and then the mineral elements in the same milk powder are repeatedly tested to better determine the stability of the product itself.RESULTS:In the actual operation process,the determination of mineral elements in the same batch of milk powder in the same laboratory was better.The stability of mineral element detection in different laboratories is relatively poor.Conclusion:It is necessary to continuously measure the level of detection in the laboratory to determine the minerals in the milk powder,thus making the process of measurement more stable.This will enable companies to better provide reliable test data later.This is also very important for the subsequent development.
