新常态是创新性经济发展理念,是在经济发展遭遇到各种挑战的新形势下提出的创新型经济发展方向。新常态理念的核心是强调技术创新、产品创新、资源整合和环境保护。也就是在发展经济、追求经济效益的同时也要注意不断研发新技术、新工艺,使生产出来的产品更具有创新性,同时又能起到节约资源、保护环境的作用。尤其在当今低碳经济发展的背景下,更要注重探索新的工业发展之路,建立循环工业经济发展模式来解决当前社会经济和工业经济在发展中存在的矛盾,注重经济发展和环境保护并重,注重协调两者的关系促进和谐发展,实现对资源的有效整合和有效利用。
