摘要
在简要介绍2018年黑龙江省春小麦产业概况的基础上,指出了春小麦产业形势变化的原因,提出了应对春小麦产业变化的措施及建议:加强农业政策支持,加大补贴力度;发挥比较优势,定位优质强筋小麦生产;利用北部麦产区喷灌等设施,解决春季“掐脖旱”;扶持面粉企业,叫响黑龙江非转基因有机面粉品牌等。最后,对2019年黑龙江省春小麦种植面积、市场价格和生产能力等进行了展望。
On the basis of a brief introduction of the spring wheat industry in Heilongjiang province in 2018, the causes of the changes in the spring wheat industry situation were pointed out, and countermeasures and suggestions for responding to the changes were proposed: strengthening the support of agricultural policy and increasing subsidies, exerting comparative advantages to locking in the production of high-quality and strong gluten wheat, using the facilities of sprinkler irrigation in the northern wheat producing area to solve the spring drought, supporting flour enterprises to nurture the brand of Heilongjiang non-GMO organic flour, and so on. Finally, the prospects for spring wheat planting, market price and production capacity in Heilongjiang province in 2019 were forecasted.
