摘要
叶类蔬菜是人类生活中必不可少的消费品,随着消费观念的变化,消费者对于叶类蔬菜的需求也呈现出多样化趋势。近年来,盒装叶菜的出现极大地方便了消费者的生活,但在产品品质和营销程度方面,依然有很大的改进空间。以北京市昌平回龙观地区居民为调研对象,获得一手数据,通过构建因子分析模型研究影响消费者购买盒装叶菜的主要因素,从提高消费者对盒装叶菜的需求量、为消费者的生活带来更多便利等方面提出相应的对策建议。
Leafy vegetables are essential consumption goods in human life. With the changes of consumption concept, the demand for leafy vegetables is also diversifying. In recent years, the emergence of boxed leafy vegetables has greatly facilitated the lives of consumers, but there is still large room for improvement in terms of product quality and marketing level. In this paper, the residents of Huilongguan in Changping district of Beijing were selected as the research objects, and the first-hand data were obtained. The main factors affecting consumers' purchase of boxed leafy vegetables were studied by constructing factor analysis model, and corresponding countermeasures were proposed from improving consumers' packaging of leafy vegetables and bringing more convenience to consumers' lives.
