摘要
以广州地铁七号线一期为例,基于BIM技术,应用施工信息化管理平台,充分发挥该平台的优势,将所有工程数据收集并存储,通过在程序中制定的多样化规则,对工程状态和施工中存在的风险进行集中宏观管控并及时处理,辅助施工管理人员科学决策,从而实现全方位管理,降低成本,提高效率和利润率,提高数据使用价值,推进数据共享。
Taking the first phase of Guangzhou Metro Line 7 as an example,the application of BIM-based information management platform in subway construction is introduced.Through this platform,all engineering data are collected and stored,and centralized macro-control and timely processing of engineering status and risks are carried out through the diversified rules formulated in the program to assist construction management personnel to make scientific decisions,so as to achieve comprehensive management,reduce costs,improve efficiency and profit margins,improve the value of data use and promote data sharing.
