This paper introduces the characteristics of data mining technology and network virus,analyzes the application of data mining technology in computer network virus defense,expounds the interface of computer network virus defense system from the aspects of classification analysis,association rules,clustering analysis and so on.Then it puts forward the construction strategy of computer network virus defense system,including perfecting the theory of data mining technology,using talents to carry out network management,promoting the construction of data mining technology,and points out that this research is helpful to guarantee the security of computer network information,create a harmonious network environment and promote the healthy development of network environment.
