浅析高校服务于社区心理健康体系建设的途径——基于贵州省社区心理健康服务访谈现状

A Brief Analysis on the Ways of Colleges and Universities Serving the Construction of Community Mental Health System: Based on the Current Situation of the Interviews of Community Mental Health Service in Guizhou Province

社区开展心理健康服务是落实培育社区居民自尊自信、理性平和、积极向上的社会心态的重要举措。积极探索并充分利用地方高校的各种优势资源服务于当地社区心理健康体系建设,能为社区在心理咨询制度建设、专业化硬软件建设、人才队伍建设、心理活动开展等方面提供重要的支撑。本研究采用质性研究方法对贵州省部分地方社区工作人员进行深入访谈和对社区进行实地查看,研究发现:以贵州省为例,西南地区的社区心理健康服务工作仍处于起步阶段,需要多方合作共同建设。基于现状,对地方高校服务于社区心理建设的有效途径进行了初步探讨。

The development of mental health services in the community is an important measure to cultivate the social mentality of self-esteem,self-confidence,rationality,and positiveness of community residents.We should actively explore and make full use of the various advantageous resources of local colleges and universities to serve the local community mental health system construction,so as to provide important support for the community in the construction of psychological counseling system,professional hardware and software construction,talent team building,and psychological activities.In this study,qualitative research methods were used to conduct in-depth interviews with some local community workers in Guizhou Province and to conduct on-the-spot inspections of the community.The study found that,taking Guizhou Province as an example,community mental health service in Southwest China is still in its infancy and require multi-party cooperation.Based on the status quo,the efeffective ways of local colleges and universities serving community psychology construction are discussed.
