浅谈加强“双一流”计算机专业高级人才多元化就业趋向

Enhancing Diversity Employment Trend of "Double-First-Class" High Level Computer Professionals

随着社会的快速发展,各行各业对“双一流”计算机专业高级人才的需求在不断增长,特别是国家重要领域在全球信息化大发展的情况下更加需要顶尖IT人才。本文通过对浙江大学计算机学院计算机和软件专业学生近十年的就业数据调查与分析,旨在找到学生就业行业去向以及地域等分布,分析为什么大多数学生只愿意到互联网大公司工作,从而找出有针对性的引导方法,倡导多元化就业,加强学生的家国情怀教育,鼓励高级IT人才到国家急需的重要部门和基层去就业。

With the rapid development of society,the demand for"double-first-class"high level computer professionals in various industries is growing,especially in the context of global information,more top IT talents are needed for the national key areas.This paper investigates and analyzes the employment data of College of Computer Science and Technology,Zhejiang University in the past ten years in order to find out the employment industry and areas students like,analyze why they prefer to work in the large-scale Internet companies,so as to seek out targeted guidance,diversity employment pattern.Also,it must promote patriotism,encourage top IT talents to work in important departments of state and grass-roots level organizations.
