政策依据、现实难题与突破途径——中文专业实践教学探讨

摘要 中文专业实践教学在政策层面呼声很高,也有一些高校做出有益的探索,但学生依然普遍存在社会适应性不强、动手能力差、缺乏实用技能的问题。出现这种状况的原因包括:理念层面不认同实践教学,师资层面不具备实践教学的能力,配套设施层面不能满足实践教学的需求。要解决这些难题,开展中文专业实践教学,需要各级教学管理人员改变认识,勇于担当;需要整合资源、引进和培养具有实践能力的师资力量;需要提供实践平台,建设实验室,开拓实习基地;需要提高学生的自觉性和积极性,发挥师兄师姐传帮带的作用和学生群团的组织作用;还需要增强服务地方、服务行业的自觉,挖掘和培育专业特色,开展有针对性的实践教学。 The practical teaching of the Chinese major is very popular at the policy level,and some colleges and universities have made useful explorations.However,students still have problems of poor social adaptability,poor hands-on ability and lack of practical skills.The reasons for this situation include:practical teaching is not accepted;teachers are not qualified for practical teaching;the supporting facilities cannot meet the needs of practical teaching.To solve these problems and carry out practical teaching in the Chinese major,it is necessary for all levels of teaching management personnel to change their understanding and take responsibility;to integrate resources,introduce and train teachers with practical ability;to provide a practical teaching platform,build laboratories,and develop practical bases;to improve students'consciousness and enthusiasm,and play the role of older schoolmates and student associations;to enhance the consciousness of serving the local and service industries,explore and cultivate professional characteristics,and carry out targeted practical teaching.
