浅析高职院校大学生心理健康教育

A Brief Analysis on the Psychological Health Education of College Students in Higher Vocational Colleges

目前对大学生心理健康的研究有很多,但大多是具有普遍意义的,专门针对高职院校大学生心理健康进行的研究比较少。然而,我国高等职业院校大学生数量占全国总大学生数量比例已经超过一半,所以对高等职业院校大学生的心理健康问题的针对性研究有着现实的意义和重要价值。本文就高职院校大学生的心理健康问题成因及高职院校心理健康教育优化建议进行探析,希望能抛砖引玉,引起教育界的广泛重视。

At present,there are a lot of researches on the mental health of college students,but most of them are of general significance.There are few researches on the mental health of college students in higher vocational colleges.However,the number of college students in China's higher vocational colleges has accounted for more than half of the total number of college students,so the targeted research on the mental health problems of college students in higher vocational colleges has practical significance and important value.This paper analyzes the causes of the mental health problems of college students in higher vocational colleges and the suggestions on the optimization of mental health education in higher vocational colleges,hoping to attract more attention from the educational circles.
