摘要
当前关于主观幸福感的研究有很多,但是主要集中于现状调查与影响因素的研究,很少有研究者探讨如何提高个体的主观幸福感。本文从当前主观幸福感的研究现状和理论基础出发,依据相关研究成果和理论基础,探讨了在大学生群体中增进主观幸福感的认知策略的运用。
Currently,there are much research on subjective well-being,but it mainly focuses on its present situation and influential factors,and few researchers explore how to improve the subjective well-being of individuals.Starting from the current research situation and theoretical basis of subjective well-being,on the basis of relevant research results and the theoretical basis,this article discusses the cognitive strategies to enhance college students'subjective well-being.
