Study on Cadre Training under the Perspective of Supply-side Reform

好干部不会自然产生,成长为一个好干部,一靠自身努力,二靠组织培养①。本文结合国家对干部素质提出的新要求,从“供给侧”视角分析干部的教育培训需求,将组织需求、岗位需求与个人需求相结合,有针对性地设计干部教育培训流程,提高干部教育培训的实效性。

Competent cadres are not natural-born.To become a competent cadre,personal efforts and cultivation by the Party organization are two key factors.Taking the new requirements on cadre quality by the nation into consideration,this essay analyzes training and cultivation needs of cadres under the perspective of Supply-side Reform.Integrating cadres'personal needs with needs by the Party organization and posts,this essay tries to design a targeted cadre training process to enhance the effectiveness of cadre training.
