摘要
综合运用电气自动化技术设计开发了一套城轨车辆驾驶室设备仿真试验台,将典型地铁车辆司机室控制台的指示灯、开关量、界面显示,故障信息等通过PLC编程,与人机界面等设备进行通信,实现列车控制逻辑、信号系统和车门控制系统的仿真。测试表明该列车驾驶控制仿真平台运行稳定,实现了对现实列车驾驶平台的功能仿真。应用于列车驾驶员的培训与学校教学,可大幅降低列车驾驶教学与培训的硬件成本,提升教学与培训的效率。
Designed and developed a set of urban rail vehicle cab simulation test bench using electrical automation technology.The indicator lights, switch quantity, interface display and fault information of the typical subway vehicle cab console are programmed by PLC and communicate with equipment such as man-machine interface to realize the simulation of train control logic, signal system and door control system.The test shows that the train driving control simulation platform runs stably and realizes the functional simulation of the actual train driving platform.This design is applied to train driver training and school teaching, which can greatly reduce the hardware cost,and improve the efficiency of teaching and training.
