摘要 状态监测与故障诊断是排查风力发电机组故障隐患,实现预防性维修的重要手段。本文分析了风力发电机组的构成与状态监测技术,探讨了数学解析模型、信号处理与神经网络三种故障诊断技术的具体应用,并围绕平台装置设计、测控方案设计两个层面进行了基于故障诊断的风力发电系统试验装置设计,以供参考。 State monitoring and fault diagnosis is an important means to find out hidden troubles of wind turbine and to achieve preventive maintenance. In this paper, the composition and condition monitoring technology of wind turbine are analyzed, and the specific application of three fault diagnosis technologies, namely mathematical analytical model, signal processing and neural network,are discussed. The design of wind power system test device based on fault diagnosis is carried out around two levels of platform device design and measurement and control scheme design for reference.
