摘要
K型热电偶测量中高温度。随着温度的变化,K型热电偶输出电压变化量为几十微伏,利用运算放大器对热电偶输出的电压放大,并且补偿运算放大器的输入失调电压。LM35对热电偶测温电路的冷端进行温度补偿。Proteus软件对测温电路进行仿真,结果表明电路设计简便,测温精度高。
K type thermocouple is often used to measure medium and high temperature.With the change of temperature, the output voltage of K type thermocouple is in micro voltage level.The output voltage of thermocouple is amplified using the operational amplifier, The input offset voltage of the operational amplifier is compensated.The cold junction temperature compensation of thermocouple measurement circuit is realize using the LM35 temperature sensor. The simulation of temperature measurement circuit is realized using Proteus software. The results show that the circuit desing is easy and the precision of temperature measurement is high.
