超临界给水系统和焓值控制的优化实现方法研究

摘要 为提高超临界负荷变化时给水-燃料比值控制的响应速度、减小温度控制的稳态偏差,提出给水系统和焓值控制的实现方法优化控制策略。该优化策略通过计算分离器焓值参数和温度参数,采用具有微过热区增加分离器出口温度校正的焓值设定回路,使分离器出口流体温度具有自适应控制的特性,降低其出口温度稳态偏差。通过机组负荷变动试验和主汽温度稳态偏差试验的曲线和数据可以看出,该优化的实现方法是非常可行的。 In order to enhance when supercritical load changes the response speed of water and fuel ratio control, reduce steady-state error of the temperature control, proposed supply water system and the enthalpy control Implementation method optimal cntrol strategy.
