Research on Promoting Infrastructure Connectivity of the Golden Quadrangle Region

“黄金四角”地区是“一带一路”建设的重要突破口。本文基于“五通”目标体系,从“黄金四角”互联互通的研究背景着手,总结中国、缅甸、泰国和老挝4国在交通、通信和能源等基础设施建设合作现状,分析当前“黄金四角”基础设施建设面临的问题,并为进一步推动基础设施建设提出适度下放谈判权、打通“最后一公里”等对策建议。

The Golden Quadrangle Region is an important breakthrough of building the Belt and Road Initiative.Based on the“Five-Connectivity Program”and starting from the background of the connectivity of the Golden Quadrangle Region,this paper summarizes the current situation of infrastructure cooperation among China,Myanmar,Thailand and Laos in transportation,communications and energy,analyses the current problems of“Golden Quadrangle”infrastructure construction,and puts forwards some countermeasures and suggestions such as decentralizing the negotiation right and solving the problem of“the last kilometer”to further promote infrastructure construction.
