摘要
设计了一种火车车轮自动搬运机构,能够完成火车车轮在五轮料筐中的自动夹紧,从五轮料筐中自动提升车轮,提升至高位后自动翻转车轮,车轮翻转完毕后可自动移动。解决了企业人工搬运车轮的劳动强度大、操作困难的问题,提高了生产企业的自动化程度。
This paper designs a train wheel automatic handling mechanism.The mechanism can complete the automatic clamping of the train wheel in the five-wheel basket,automatically raise the wheel from the five-wheel basket,automatically flip the wheel after lifting to the high position,and automatically move after the wheel is reversed.The mechanism reduces the labor intensity and operation difficulty of manual wheel handling in enterprises.
