摘要
通过对回转窑托轮受力情况的有效评估和在线监测,分析了在运行过程中托轮承受的轴向推力的来源及其影响,结合应变电测技术自制了推力传感器,选择合适的推力测点,设计了回转窑托轮轴向推力在线监测系统,该系统将实现各托轮两侧推力的测量及显示,为保证回转窑的稳定运行提供了技术支持。
The effective evaluation and on-line monitoring of the supporting roller stress condition are critical to the safe and stable operation of the rotary kiln.This paper analyzes the source and influence of axial thrust borne by the supporting roller during operation.Combining with the strain gage technology,the thrust sensor is made,the appropriate thrust measuring point is selected,and the on-line monitoring system of the axial thrust of the rotary kiln supporting wheel is designed.
