摘要 在某稳定机构的研制过程中,发现钢带传动会导致轴系在两个不同角度发生回弹现象,回弹力矩对控制回路产生干扰,影响平台稳定。文中从考虑钢带的弯曲及弹塑性变形出发,分析了钢带的力学特性,计算出钢带的弹塑性应力、应变,卸载后的钢带半径,进而基于能量方法,得到了轴系回弹力矩的大小及角度范围。通过与试验测量结果比对,计算结果具有较好的符合性。研究结果表明,带轮直径过小导致的钢带局部塑性变形是导致轴系回弹的根本原因。 During the development of a stable mechanism,it is found that the steel belt transmission will cause the springback phenomenon of the shafting at two different angles.The springback torque will interfere with the control loop and affect the stability of the platform.In this paper,the bending and elastoplastic deformation of the steel strip are considered.The mechanical properties of the steel strip are analyzed.The elastoplastic stress and strain of the steel strip are calculated,and the radius of the steel strip after unloading is calculated.Based on the energy method,the magnitude and angular range of the springback moment of the shafting are obtained.By comparing with the experimental measurement results,the calculation results have good conformity.The results show that the local plastic deformation of the steel strip caused by the small diameter of the pulley is the root cause of the springback of the shafting.
