摘要
立柱是履带行走式液压支架的主要承载部件,不仅需要较高的承载性能,还需要参照支护高度的需求具有一定的伸缩行程。针对在井下不同位置工作时履带行走式液压支架的受力情况,进行立柱在特定载荷下的屈曲分析,掌握立柱的应力分布情况,指出其薄弱部位,避免支架在工作过程中发生立柱爆缸等问题。
The column is the main bearing part of crawler-type hydraulic support.The column not only needs higher loadbearing performance,but also needs to have a certain stretching stroke with reference to the requirements of the support height.When working in different positions in the underground,this paper studies the buckling analysis of the column under specific load according to the complex and changeable stress of crawler-type hydraulic support,masters the stress distribution of the column,and points out its weak parts to avoid the column explosion and other problems in the work process.
