摘要
在三环减速机传动方案的基础上,给出了3种可克服三环传动惯性力矩不平衡的传动改型方案,理论上可实现传动装置的动平衡;同时提出了补偿制造安装误差和零件受力变形等不稳定因素的均载减震方案,使传动装置可实现完全平衡,使“三环减速机”具备作为高速、高平衡机组的条件,可有效发挥其承载能力强、传动比大、效率高的优点。
Based on the transmission scheme of three-ring reducer,this paper presents three transmission modification schemes which can overcome the unbalance of inertia moment of three-ring reducer and realize the dynamic balance of transmission device theoretically.At the same time,a load-sharing vibration reduction scheme is proposed to compensate the manufacturing errors and installation errors and the deformation of the parts,so that the transmission device can be fully balanced.These schemes enable the three-ring reducer to be a high-speed and high-balanced unit,which can effectively exert its advantages of strong load-carrying capacity,large transmission ratio and high efficiency.
