摘要
应用非线性有限元算法,对国产橡胶减震器进行结构设计和分析计算,建立了横向刚度计算的数学模型,通过仿真计算与试验验证结合的方式验证橡胶弹性减震器的刚度性能一致性,通过疲劳试验验证其可靠性,并成功取代了国外同型产品,应用在地铁车辆上,减振降噪效果显著,具有很大意义。
The nonlinear finite element method is applied to the structural design and analysis of the domestic rubber shock absorber.The mathematical model of the lateral stiffness calculation is established.The stiffness performance consistency of the rubber elastic damper is verified by the combination of simulation calculation and experimental verification.The fatigue test verifies its reliability.It has successfully replaced foreign similar products and is applied to subway vehicles.The vibration and noise reduction effects are significant and have great significance.
