肛门生殖器鳞状上皮内瘤并发尖锐湿疣一例

A case of pigmented squamous intraepithelial neoplasia of the anogenital area with condyloma acuminatum

4 3岁男性患者,阴阜和阴茎多发褐色丘疹、斑块及斑片伴鸡冠状赘生物4年余。右侧阴阜见聚集3枚黑褐色扁平丘疹,上覆鱼籽样小突起;左侧阴阜有一豌豆大淡红色鸡冠状赘生物,质软;阴茎背近端见棕褐色斑疹、斑块及斑片,上附散在黑褐色粟粒大扁平丘疹,质硬、表面光滑。依次取阴茎背色素斑块、右侧阴阜褐色丘疹及左侧鸡冠状赘生物,共3处皮损行组织病理检查,分别符合肛门生殖器鳞状上皮内瘤和尖锐湿疣的诊断。

A 43-year-old male patient had a 4-years history of brown papules,plaques,patches and comb shaped vegetations on his mons pubis and penis.Three serried dark chocolate-brown flat papules,covered with fish roe shaped projections,were on the right side of the mons pubis,and pea size soft reddish comb shaped vegetations were on the left.Brown macules,plaques and patches,covered with dark chocolate-brown miliary firm and smooth papules were on the proximal end of the dorsal penis.Combined the clinical manifestation with the biopsies of the plaques on the penis,brown papules on the right o f the mons pubis and comb shaped vegetations on the left,the diagnosis of pigmented squamous intraepithelial neoplasia of the anogenital area with condyloma acuminatum were verified.
