火棉胶样婴儿一例

A case of collodion baby

男性新生儿,出生时全身皮肤呈羊皮纸样外观。皮肤科情况:全身皮肤干燥,表面覆有一层黄色油胶样物,似羊皮纸样外观,多处皲裂:双上眼睑外翻充血,鼻梁扁平,唇略外翻,呈鱼口状改变,面部无表情,耳郭增厚;指甲、毛发发育正常;四肢屈曲。诊断:火棉胶样婴儿。外用皮肤润滑剂、烧伤膏及局部换药等对症治疗2个月后皮损基本恢复正常。

Male neonate,with parchment-like appearance skin at birth.Dermatological conditions:the skin of the neonate was dry and covered with a layer of yellow oil glue,presenting a parchment-like appearance with multiple rhagadia,upper eyelids ectropion with congestion,flat nose,eclabium presenting a fish mouth-like change,facial expressionlessness,thickening of auricle,normal nails and hair,and flexion of limbs.Diagnosis:collodion baby.Most of the skin lesions returned to normal after 2 months of symptomatic treatment with topical skin lubricant,bum ointment and topical dressing changes,and the baby was in continuous follow-up.
