超大型集装箱船机舱行车设计安装研究

Research on Design and Installation of Super Large Container Ship Cabin

经过对三大主力船型机舱行车的调查研究,介绍了行车作用、布置要求、设计标准、精度对比和现场安装常见问题。重点分析了对超大型集装箱船机舱行车轨道工字钢精度的影响因素,并结合在建的超大型集装箱船进行了计测验证,总结了机舱行车在超大型集装箱船机舱内的设计、安装注意要点,提出了一种新的机舱行车制造安装工艺。为后续同类型船舶行车布置相关设计提供了技术参考。

After investigation and research on the driving of the three main ship-type cabins,this paper introduces the travelling crane effect,layout requirements,design standards,accuracy comparison and common problems on site.The research on the precision of the super-large container ship cabin track rail-shaped steel was further carried out.Combining with the measurement and verification of a certain ship built,the design and installation attention points of the cabin-class driving on the ultra-large container were finally proposed.The paper brings forward a new craftwork of travelling crane’s manufacture and installation in engine room,which provides technical reference for subsequent design related to ship layout of the same type.
