Calibration Research of Technical Data Near Weight Buffer for Traction and Forced Drive Elevator

本文针对曳引与强制驱动电梯分析对重缓冲器附近技术数据的检验内容和要求,研究三条技术数据线:零线、上极限标记值和最大允许垂直距离的测量和计算方法,确定三条技术数据线的标定方案,通过实际检验举例演示标定流程,最后阐述对重缓冲器附近三条技术数据线永久性标定的重要意义。

Analying the inspection content and requirements of technical data near weight buffer for traction and forced drive elevator,this paper studies the measurement and calculation method for the three technical data line:the zero line,upper limit value and maximum allowable vertical distance to determine the calibration scheme of three technical data line.An example of actual inspection is given to demonstrate the calibration process.Finally,the important significance of permanent calibration of three technical data line near weight buffer is expounded.
