摘要
球罐的不停机检验正成为定期检验的发展趋势,本文通过对实际检验案例中的所用的声发射、T0HD、超声波等检测方法进行综合比对,并在缺陷检出率、适用范围、优缺点等方面进行充分分析,进而论证不开罐检验的检验方法相对于传统的开罐检验方式的科学性和可靠度。
Online testing of spherical tank is becoming a trend of regular testing.This paper makes a comprehensive comparison of Acoustic emission,TOFD,ultrasound and other testing methods in actual testing cases,and fully analyzes the defect detection rate、application range、advantages and disadvantages.Finally,the reliability of on-line test compared with traditional cupping test is demonstrated.
