特种设备盘式制动器制动因数影响因素研究 被引量:3

摘要 理论上分析了影响特种设备用盘式制动器平均动态摩擦系数的因素,主要是初转速和制动时间设定值,然后通过在ANSYS制动盘温升仿真验证其正确性,并利用制动器动态性能试验探究了此两大主要影响因素对平均摩擦系数的影响规律,所以特种设备场合下盘式制动器的设计选用应综合考虑此二因素。 The main factors affecting the average dynamic braking factor of the disc brake used in special equipment were analyzed theoretically,which were the initial rotating speed and the setting value of the braking time.The correctness of the two factors is verified by the simulation of the temperature rise of the disc in ANSYS,and the influence of the two main factors on it was explored by the dynamic performance test of the brake.So the two factors should be considered in the design and selection of brakes in special equipment.
