摘要
简要分析了直通单座式调节阀阀体铸件的工况及结构特点。采用砂型铸造时,该阀体铸件易产生表面裂纹,严重影响铸件的质量和性能。根据该裂纹特征判定了其产生的原因,并从化学成分、冷铁设置、砂型退让性等工艺因素方面采取了适宜的改进措施。结果显示,阀体铸件表面裂纹被消除,废品率得以降低,产品质量得以提高。
Working conditions and structural characteristics of the single seat control valve body castings were briefly analyzed.In sand casting,the valve body casting is prone to formation of surface crack,thus seriously affecting quality and performance of the casting.According to the characteristics of the crack,the cause of its formation was determined,and appropriate improvement measures were taken from the aspects of the chemical composition,the setting of chillers and the yield of sand mold.As a result,cracks on the valve body castings were eliminated,quality of the castings was improved,and rejection rate of the castings was reduced.
