摘要
介绍了三缸发动机曲轴的结构特点及性能要求:研究并开发了轻量化发动机三缸曲轴用高强度球墨铁材料及铸造工艺:结果表明,采用几种元素复合合金化,再配合特定的开箱时间等措施,解决了曲轴铸件中的缩松等缺陷,可以满足轻量化发动机三缸曲轴的高强度要求。
Characteristic configuration and performance requirements for a three-cylinder engine crankshaft were introduced.High-strength nodular iron and casting process used for the lightweight three-cylinder engine crankshaft were studied and developed.The results showed that defects such as shrinkage porosity in the crankshaft casting may be eliminated by a composite alloying with several elements in conjunction with specific stipulation of knocking-out time,thus meeting highstrength requirement for lightweight three-cylinder engine crankshaft.
