摘要
随着新技术的涌现,铸造业已经向数字化、网络化、智能化变革,3D打印作为一种新兴智能化制造技术在铸造领域应用优势凸显。采用3D打印砂芯实现复杂液压整体多路阀帱件的快速开发,实现无糢铸造:同时应用3D打印技术打印砂芯可以快速验证铸造工艺和积累工艺过程数据,为后续开批量的金属模具提供数据支持,避免工艺不合理造成模具修改报废;还可以缩短样件开发周期,降低开发成本。
With the emergence of new technologies,the foundry industry has changed to digitalization,networking and intellectualization.3D printing,as a new intelligent manufacturing technology,has prominent advantages in casting field.The rapid development of complex integral hydraulic valve casting can be realized by using 3D printing sand core and die casting castings are not needed.At the same time,the application of new technology can verify the casting process,accumulate process data,and provide data support for subsequent batch metal molds,he use of 3D printing technology can avoid the unreasonable process leading to the waste of the mould in maintenance,shorten the sample development cycle and reduce the development cost.
