摘要
表皮毛是植物表皮组织的一种特化结构,由单细胞或多细胞构成,对植物防御、营养吸收、蒸腾失水、紫外辐射以及种子保护起重要作用。R3-MYB类转录因子是MYB家族中结构最小的成员,依赖于与其他转录因子的互作而执行其转录活性,在表皮毛发育的调控中起重要作用。本综述总结了R3-MYB类转录因子的结构和功能,并举例说明了此类转录因子如何与其他家族的转录因子互作形成复合体从而实现对靶基因的调控,还要综述了近年来其在表皮毛发育中的作用机制以及研究进展,对于了解此类转录因子在表皮毛发育机理的揭示上有重要意义。
Trichome is a special structure of plant epidermal tissue,which is composed of single-celled or multiple-celled.It plays an important role in plant defense,nutrient absorption,transcriptional water loss,UV irradiation and seed protection.R3-MYB transcription factor is the smallest member of MYB family.It performs its transcriptional activities by interacting with other transcription factors and plays an important role in the regulation of epidermal hair development.This review summarized the structure and function of R3-MYB transcription factors,and illustrated how these transcription factors interact with other family transcription factors to form complex to regulate target genes.It also briefly reviewed the mechanism and research progress of R3-MYB transcription factors in epidermal hair development in recent years,which could be of great significance for understanding the mechanism of epidermal hair development.
